The HUB is also home to our open gym area, known as the LAB. It’s not a soulless gym crammed with rows of cross trainers and treadmills but, instead, a bright open, welcoming space where you can train just the way you like it.
You can test yourself to the limit with our choice of free weights, dumbbells, barbells, Olympic plates, sled and track, slam balls, kettles, resistance bands and battle ropes. Not to mention some of the best machines on the market – Air Assault bikes, Rogue Echo bikes, Concept rowing machines, Ski Ergs, curved treadmills – used within our group training sessions. The LAB is a functional training space for everyone to enjoy.
