The Sports + Fitness HUB, based in Dunbar, East Lothian is unlike any other gym you may have come across in the past. We don’t do egos and we don’t just focus on those at the top of their fitness game. As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on being welcoming, supportive and focused on meeting your individual goals, no matter what level you’re at.
We offer lively group training sessions, open gym sessions, personal training, transformation challenges and an online training programme, HUB Connect, which lets your train from anywhere in the world. Our team of incredible trainers are ready to coach, support and push you to meet your fitness aspirations, whatever they may be.
We’re a friendly bunch whose success comes from the people and the community we’ve created. We’re passionate about making everyone feel part of our team. And your current fitness level is not important to us – it’s your attitude that counts. Our motto ‘You Against You’ means that we don’t try to compete against each other, only ourselves.

HUBSTARS
Oh, while we’re at it, we also run HUBSTARS, a sports and fitness coaching programme for children aged 18 months to 15 years across East Lothian.
Looking to get your child active and engaged in sports and fitness? Our multisports program is the perfect solution! Our expert coaches teach a variety of skills and drills from different ball sports while also focusing on building speed, agility, strength, and cardio fitness.
