Our PT game is strong at the HUB and we have a team of incredible trainers ready to coach, support and push you to meet your fitness aspirations. We don’t do one size fits all so we’ve created an exclusive range of fitness packages to choose from.

If you need some added motivation and encouragement, expert advice and tailored sessions then personal training is for you. But it’s not all about exercise. We cover nutrition, calories and give guidance on how to fuel your body properly before and after your sessions. We also focus on mindset and the crucial role it plays in your fitness journey – once you’ve mastered your mindset you can achieve anything.
Keeping in check
We want to ensure that you’re always making progress and meeting your fitness goals. That’s why we run Bodystat1500 – a short and simple test that provides accurate statistics for body fat, lean muscle mass, dry lean and hydration. The results are the greatest motivation for continual improvement and help to set the bar for everything that comes afterwards.
Our Equipment
The HUB is not a soulless gym crammed with rows of cross trainers and treadmills. Instead, our bright welcoming space offers dumbbells, barbells, Olympic plates, sled and track, slam balls, kettles, resistance bands and battle ropes. Not to mention some of the best machines on the market – Air Assault bikes, Rogue Echo bikes, Concept rowing machines, Ski Ergs, curved treadmills – used within our group training sessions.

Online Fitness Training
Our online training programme, HUB Connect, gives you the chance to experience the buzz of the HUB at home, whenever it suits you. HUB Connect has been designed to be completely flexible so that you can easily step away from the day-to-day and fit in a workout with us, either live or on-demand. You’ll have the choice of a wide range of classes including strength, power, HIIT, cardio and stretch. All of our workouts are 45 mins long and we recommend 3 to 4 sessions per week to improve your lifestyle, both physically and mentally.
