Q. Do you need a membership to book?

A. No, we offer pay per class, monthly membership and annual membership options.

You don’t need a login to book, here’s a step by step guide to secure your session:

  • Visit: bookwhen.com/sportsfitnesshub
  • Scroll down to view the class timetable
  • Choose the class/classes you want and then click ‘select’
  • Once done click ‘View selections’
  • You now have the option to ‘Select more’ or ‘Book now’
  • Once ready click ‘Book now’
  • Enter your email address and click ‘Continue’
  • Complete details and click ‘Continue’
  • Review details and click ‘Pay with card’
  • Enter your card details and click ‘Pay’

On the booking confirmation screen, there’s an option to ‘set a password’ doing so will make future booking and managing your bookings easier.

Q. How do I set up a monthly membership?

A. We ask that you follow these simple steps to set up a standing order.

As a member, you’ll have access to unlimited HUB and LAB sessions for £69.50 per month. Here’s a quick and easy two-step guide on how to become a HUB monthly member.

We ask that you set up a standing order with your bank to come out on the 8th of each month to:

  • Ref your name

Once that’s set up, drop us a message to let us know and we’ll send you your unique code to start booking.

Q. How do I sign up for HUB connect?

A. Follow the instructions here.

*To get started you’ll need a set of dumbbells. The ideal weight will depend on your experience and strength but, don’t worry, we can help to keep you right. Most of our members use dumbbells between 4-8kg.

Booking a session:

Our booking system is called Bookwhen. The URL for booking our sessions is:


The checkout reservation period is 15 minutes. Places will be reserved by the booking whilst in checkout. If the booking is abandoned the place will be released after 15 minutes.

Cancelling a session:

When cancelling a session you must do this 5 hours before the event. Class pass uses are not returned on ticket cancellation.

When logged into the system you will see a list of all your bookings. On the right-hand side of each booking there is a Ticket options button. Clicking on this button will allow you to cancel your session up to 5 hours before the session.

Cancellations cannot be undone, you must rebook if you cancel by mistake.

Transferring a session:

Session transfers allow tickets to be changed to a different date or event type up to 5 hours before the event. Transfers are restricted to 3 weeks after the original booking.

When logged into the system you will see a list of all your session bookings. On the right-hand side of each booking, there is a Ticket options button. Clicking on this button will allow you to transfer your session up to 5 hours before the session. A dropdown menu will appear for you to select another session.

Waiting lists:

When a session is fully booked, you can join the waiting list by entering your name, email, and phone number. If a place becomes available, the people on the list will be emailed in order, with a delay between each, until the place is filled. The time between emails is 1 minute.


Reminder emails will be sent to attendees 3 days before the session.
